We love the Sandovals!

Whenever we make it to California, we make it a priority to visit the Sandoval family in Encinitas.  We love them so much!  If you're a steady blog reader, you probably remember my friend Crystal Sandoval surprising me in France!

Daphné jumped right in playing with the boys' toys.

Leon and Crystal watched Daphné, while we cruised Encinitas together.

Found these.

And here is not having any fun at all with her babysitters.

Watching Leon play with Pancho the doggie.

Absolutely love this picture.

Church stuff

As many of you know, our family is supported by churches and individuals, so we of course love to take time to be with these people when we can.  Tonio and I were able to lead worship and share at 3 different churches :

Here I am at Skyline Church with 2 very dear women in my life, Andrea Lowe and Karey Olivas.  We all met in Montana at Potter's Field Ranch.  Andrea was the guest speaker for the Christmas women's tea, and Karey is the beautiful wife of Manny, the pastor here at Skyline Church.  It was so cool to see them and sit with them at their table.

And here we are at Calvary Chapel Calabasas.  Sleepy girl on Grandma.

She's so cozy with Grandma Kathy.

What can wash away my sins?  Nothing but the blood of Jesus!

Here's a little clip of the beginning of the song.

I don't have any pictures from Calvary Godspeak, but here is the link to listen to the message by Pastor Rob McCoy from the day we visited.  I absolutely love God's Word, and this teaching really encouraged me to stay in it.  Matthew 6:1-18

Bows, Parks and Playing

Dear faithful blog readers, thanks for keeping up with our family through this blog.  I do apologize for my delay in posting.  Sitting down to a computer with a toddler is a luxury.  So, as she naps, I write.

Enjoy a few pictures from the past weeks of cousin time and parks and such!

She found her cousin Rowyn's bow box and put this on all by herself.

Grandma Kathy and cousin Rowyn.

Visiting our local park, I ran into some old high school friends who now have kids as well.  We all played volleyball for Agoura High School =).

Rowyn and Daphné flyin' high!

I love her side smile.

Just chillin'.

And this is another park.

When she sits with her arms crossed like this, it means, "I'm happy and content mom."

Oh, those little legs and buns.

Oh, California parks, I'm going to miss you!

However, the nice thing about France is that there are actually other children to play with at the parks.

She wasn't too fond of the tire swing.

And still another park.

Look at this!  I was even playing with Daphné on all the equipment.

A happy squatter.

Playing at the mall play ground with my sis and her baby girl.

Daphné's French lips just make me smile.

My sis and I are thankful the girls still are content playing without actually paying for the car to move.

Say what?

Christmas tree selfie.

Love this moment.

Happy!
