left over experiment casserole
i'm sure everyone has done something like this
probably some with more success than me
but hey...you never know, until you try, right?
one chicken breast left (cut in thin slices, breaded with flour and seasonings)
"i eat me spinach"
cous cous with olive spaghetti sauce
grilled onions on top
cheese
oven
ding!
so, it wasn't a total failure, but the flavor was pretty bland
tonio really liked the hardened cheese on the top - at least that's something - hehe
oh well...next time
