in with the new

the local Christian bookstore is officially computerized !

{flailing arms.  shouts of joy}

finally.

as you can see from the picture of my leg above,

we had to remove all the old labels and replace them with a bar code

yee haw - that took some work

 

 

this week i've had the joy of training 2 older ladies on the new system : 

Graziella and Eliette ; i'm so proud of them !

Eliette is 78 years-old, never touched a computer {in her life}

this morning she was clicking away, typing, scanning, using the mouse...

not without the glance-over-the-shoulder-in-my-direction-for-reassurance, of course ;)

she'll do great

all that to say, i'm thankful and inspired

at 78 years-old what will i be willing to try that makes me a bit nervous scared like crazy?

"Those who are planted in the house of the LORD
Shall flourish in the courts of our God.

They shall still bear fruit in old age;
They shall be fresh and flourishing."
