monday lunch

last week was a bit crazy, so we didn't have a lunch date

but we did this week !

we went to La Cuisine D'André

 tonio got pepper steak & veggies - i got local sausage in a yummy tomato sauce on rice

since it was my turn to pick, i decided on this restaurant which is 2 doors down from us... i've walked by it for 3 years and was always curious =).  cute husband and wife restaurant, very cozy and good cooking.  only open at lunch monday - friday.  just a tiny bit pricy for what it was, but not too bad.

monday lunch dates

well, hello everyone, as you may know, Sundays are often quite busy for my wonderful husband and I.  Thus, Mondays have become, more-or-less, our day of rest (our Sabbath).  This week, we decided to go out to lunch.  Tonio picked out the place and surprised me.  I love surprises !

And I love salad.  We went to this really cool salad bar.  After, we hung out at our favorite coffee shop, and talked about this article on the importance of creating traditions.  I think Mondays will become our traditional lunch dates.  I get to pick where next week ! =)
